Standard Septic Pumping & Maintenance

Flat Rate: $400.00 The most important thing you can do to protect your home’s plumbing and your drain field.

  • Total Pump-Out: I remove all solids and liquids to give your tank a fresh start.

  • Visual Health Check: I’ll check your baffles and look for obvious cracks or leaks while the tank is open. If I see a problem, I’ll show it to you.

  • Lid Service: Careful removal and secure replacement of your tank lids.

  • No "Hose Fees": Unlike the big guys, I don’t charge extra just because your tank is a few feet further from the driveway.

  • Clean Site Guarantee: I treat your yard with respect and leave the work area clean and tidy.

Emergency & After-Hours Pumping

Standard Rate + $50 Priority Fee

Septic issues don’t always wait for business hours. If you have an urgent backup and need immediate service, I offer priority dispatch to get your system back online.

  • Priority Response: If you need me there "now," I’ll adjust my route to get to you as fast as possible.

  • Transparent Pricing: Immediate service requests incur a one-time $50.00 fee in addition to the standard pumping rate.

  • Fair Scheduling: If I schedule your service outside of normal hours to fit my route, you will not be charged the extra fee. Normal Business Hours: Monday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Roy’s Note: "If your drains are backed up or your alarm is going off, call me directly. I’ll give you an honest arrival time and get the job done right the first time."

Locating Fee: Most tanks are found quickly. If excessive time is required to locate a buried tank, a fee of up to $100 may apply.

  1. Non-Waste Material: Pumping grease or baby wipes requires extra equipment cleaning. A $50 minimum fee applies to these materials.

  2. Payment Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
